We recommend at least 25 by 20 feet indoors. We do not carry equipment up or down more than one flight of stairs, though freight elevators work at any height. After you book, we review your exact room with you.
Every arena is set up and packed down by our team, and your Event Manager stays on site to run the room for the two hours. An added hour is $99 on The 622 and $199 on The 550 and 550 ELITE, or $249 an hour to keep your Event Manager.
