Before you book.

How much space does the arena need?

We recommend at least 25 by 20 feet indoors. We do not carry equipment up or down more than one flight of stairs, though freight elevators work at any height. After you book, we review your exact room with you.

Is it dropped off or staffed?

Every arena is set up and packed down by our team, and your Event Manager stays on site to run the room for the two hours. An added hour is $99 on The 622 and $199 on The 550 and 550 ELITE, or $249 an hour to keep your Event Manager.

How long is the rental?

The arena is a two-hour base. We arrive early to build the lounge, your Event Manager runs the room for the two hours, and we pack it all down. You can add hours when you book.

What ages is it for?

The arena welcomes a wide range of ages, with our youngest gamers at least 6. Tell us your group and we match the game library to fit.

Do you travel to Howard County?

Yes. We serve all of Howard County, including Columbia, Ellicott City, Elkridge, Highland, Marriottsville, Jessup, Fulton, Clarksville, and travel is factored into your county-based price.
