On December 31, kids take over SoFive in Columbia for a full-blown overnight game lock-in. Eight zones, all night, with live tournaments running in the background and a full midnight countdown to close out the year.

They'll compete, explore, hang with their crew, and be there for one of the most electric moments of the year — the countdown to midnight. Meanwhile, you've got your New Year's Eve back.

Brackets run from 8 PM straight through to midnight. The finals drop right before the countdown — the most electric moment of the night goes to the champions.

Squad up or run solo. The tournament format keeps the competition alive all night with every match mattering. Round-robin pools, knockout finals, and winner takes the stage at midnight.

⚡ Laser Tag Bracket

Team battles from the first hour, with standings posted throughout the night. Finals happen live right before the countdown — the last match of the year is the biggest one.

The Countdown

At midnight, every screen in the building syncs to one giant countdown. The whole room counts down together, the confetti drops, and the year ends in the most epic way possible.

The 360 photo booth captures the moment — every kid walks out with a shareable memory of the night they'll be talking about for years.

For a lot of these kids, this is the first time they've made it to midnight in a room full of their people. Make it count.

This is a fully supervised event. We've been running kid-safe gaming events since 2021 and this is how we do it:

🔍 Background-Checked Staff

Every adult on site is background-checked and trained. You'll never have a situation where kids are unsupervised.

🔒 Wristband Check-In

Every kid checks in and gets a wristband. Pickup at 1 AM is authorized-pickup only — no one leaves without the right person.

🏥 Allergy & Emergency Forms

Every ticket requires an emergency contact and allergy disclosure before the event. We're prepared before your kid walks in the door.

🛡️ On-Site Security

Professional security on premise for the full event. SoFive is a secure, enclosed venue — no random walk-in access.

Drop-off at 8 PM. Pickup at 1 AM. In between, your kid has the best New Year's Eve of their life and you finally have yours back. Everyone wins.

What's included in the ticket?
Everything. Access to all 8 zones, dinner — pizza, snacks, and drinks — live tournaments, the midnight countdown, and the 360 photo booth. Nothing to pay on arrival.
Drop-off and pickup times?
Drop-off is at 8:00 PM. The event runs until 1:00 AM. Pickup is 1 AM — no earlier checkout available except for emergencies. Authorized-pickup only at the door.
What should my kid bring?
Comfortable clothes and sneakers. A small bag if they want to bring a phone charger. No cash needed — everything is included. They'll get a wristband at check-in.
What if my kid doesn't know anyone there?
Bring their crew and use the group pricing — it saves money and they'll walk in together. The zone format and team tournaments naturally mix groups, so kids make new friends fast either way.
What ages are allowed?
Ages 10 through 14. ID or birth year may be verified at the door. This range keeps the energy right for everyone in the room.
Is food included for dietary restrictions?
Allergy and dietary information is collected during ticketing. We do our best to accommodate — reach out before purchasing if you have serious allergy concerns.
