Next Level Gaming MD LLC ("Next Level Gaming," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect when you visit our website, request a quote, book an event, use our customer portal, or communicate with us, and how we handle that information. It applies to nextlevelgamingmd.com and the services we provide.
Information you give us
Most of what we hold, you provide directly when you request a quote, book an event, or talk with our team.
- Contact and booking details: your name, email address, phone number, event date, and the event address.
- Event details: the package you choose, the guest of honor's name, guest count, and any notes you share to help us run your event.
- Payment details: handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
- Guest information you add to the portal: if you use our customer portal to send invitations and collect RSVPs, the guest names and the email addresses or phone numbers you enter, plus the RSVP responses your guests submit.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. We use this to understand what's working and to improve the site. More on the specific tools is in the cookies and advertising section below.
How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and answer your questions.
- To book, confirm, schedule, and run your event.
- To send you event-related updates, including booking confirmations, pre-event details, and day-of arrival information.
- To process payments and handle deposits, balances, and refunds.
- To power the customer portal, including your invitations, your guest list, and RSVP tracking.
- To send marketing messages about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To improve our website, our services, and our customer experience.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and consent to text messages, we may send you booking and event-related texts, and, where you have agreed, occasional marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages tied to an event you have booked, such as a confirmation or a day-of arrival update.
We send transactional emails tied to your booking, and marketing emails to customers and people who have asked to hear from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops marketing emails while still allowing the booking-related emails for any active event.
The customer portal and guest information
Our customer portal lets a host manage their event, send digital invitations, and collect RSVPs. When you use it as a host, please note the following.
- The guest names and contact details you enter are used to send invitations, match RSVPs, and build your guest count. We do not use your guest list to market to your guests.
- A shareable invitation shows your event's city and state only. Your full street address is released only to a guest you invited directly, or to a guest you specifically approve.
- When an unknown guest requests your address, you decide whether to approve or decline, and your address is never sent until you approve it.
- As the host, you are responsible for having the appropriate relationship with the guests whose information you enter.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure how it performs, and improve it. We work with analytics and advertising providers, which may include website analytics tools and the advertising platforms we use to reach new customers. These providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your visit to help us understand site performance and measure our advertising.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and serve you.
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our booking and customer-management platform, our payment processor, our email and text messaging tools, and our analytics and advertising providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Legal reasons, when we believe in good faith that sharing is required to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, our team, or the public.
- Business transfers, if our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information as described here.
Photography and media
Your Event Manager may take photos or video at your event for marketing or training. We do not publish last names or private addresses. You may opt out before your event by letting us know, and we'll honor it.
Children's privacy
Many of our events celebrate young guests, but our website and booking process are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The booking and guest information we hold is provided by the adult host, not gathered from the young guests themselves. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, run our business, and meet our legal and tax obligations. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP.

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to those who need it to serve you.
