Our climate-controlled game theaters roll up to your campus with five 4-player stations each. Students rotate through in scheduled groups at an interval you set, so a two-hour window serves far more than one room. Run one theater, or up to three at once for up to 60 players at a time.

Pricing is by county, not by mileage, and every price is travel-inclusive. Game Theater, Laser Tag, and the RC Cars school package include the first two hours. The number you approve is the all-inclusive total, with no hidden or surprise travel costs.

Is travel included?
Schools pay no travel fee. All cost is baked into the county pricing, priced by county and not by mileage, with no weekend or mileage surcharge. The price you see for your county is the all-inclusive total.
How many students can you serve?
Up to three game theaters can run at once, for up to 60 players at a time. Students rotate through in scheduled groups at an interval you set. Laser tag runs an 18-tagger or 30-tagger field with players rotating in.
What about weather?
Game theaters run indoors, so weather is a non-issue. Laser Tag and RC Cars can be planned around indoor or outdoor space, depending on your event.
How early should we book?
Popular windows fill early, especially end-of-year celebrations, spring and fall festivals, and incentive days, so a few weeks of lead time is comfortable. Reach out sooner for peak dates and we will hold what we can.
Do you handle purchase orders, COI, and W-9?
Yes, routinely. We accept purchase orders and provide Certificates of Insurance and W-9 documents on request. Flat-rate, all-inclusive pricing keeps approvals clean and the cost transparent.
