The number you approve is the all-inclusive total, with no hidden or surprise costs. Game Theater and Laser Tag use the county tables in the calculators above. VR, Mobile Arena, 360 Photo Booth, and Power Hour use our standard pricing for schools too.
Schools pay no travel fee. All cost is baked into the county pricing, priced by county and not by mileage, with no weekend or mileage surcharge. The price you see for your county is the all-inclusive total.
Up to three game theaters can run at once, for up to 60 players at a time. Students rotate through in scheduled groups at an interval you set, usually 20 to 30 minutes each, so a two-hour window can serve hundreds of students. Laser tag runs an 18-tagger or 30-tagger field with players rotating in.
Game theaters and VR run indoors, so weather is a non-issue. For outdoor laser tag, severe weather may move the event to a new date, and your deposit transfers to that date.
There is a two-hour minimum. Popular windows fill early, especially end-of-year celebrations, spring and fall festivals, and incentive days, so a few weeks of lead time is comfortable. Reach out sooner for peak dates and we will hold what we can.
