Our dates fill up fast – especially Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm and 5pm. You should book those as early as you know you want a party. Outside of those times, usually 3-4 weeks is a fair lead time. 5-6 weeks is safer.

Do not send out your invitations before we have confirmed your event and you have secured your deposit.
Our automatic calendar doesn’t always show all the options, but we can see things in the system you can’t. So if you’re looking for a particular day (or days) and have some flexibility, contact us and we’ll double check or offer options if there are any.
Travel fees do *NOT* apply to schools.
Our primary service area is 30 miles surrounding Columbia, Maryland, with our headquarters location in the 21046 zip code. All calculations are made from that center.
Travel Fees:
Due to round trip travel time beyond 44 miles, the event price doubles at 45+ miles on weekends (Fri – Sun)
Can’t find the time you want on a weekday? Choose the time closest to your desired time and tell us in the booking notes what your “desired” time is. Weekends are very busy and tend to be much more rigid.
After your request is submitted, one of our team members will review the details of your request and perform a series of checks to ensure we can serve you as desired.
Within 24 hours, you’ll have an email confirming we can (or cannot) serve your event. You’ll have an invoice with a deposit of 50% due within 24 hours, and then – you’re solid!
After that, we have you locked into the calendar and prepare for a fantastic event.
