Before you book.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is a flat, all-inclusive rate by county, with travel included, starting at $699 per theater in Howard County. Add theaters to serve more of your group at once. There is no separate travel fee.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools and government organizations. We also take checks from schools, churches, government, and businesses, and credit cards from everyone.

Can you provide a COI and W-9?

Yes, we provide a Certificate of Insurance and a W-9 on request, so your facilities and procurement teams have everything they need before the event.

How many people can you serve?

Up to three theaters run 60 players at the same time, and with rotations across the day we serve hundreds. We plan the schedule with you to fit your group and your window.

What ages is it for?

Game Theaters are built for ages 7 and up, laser tag for ages 8 and up, and VR for ages 10 and up. We match the setup to your group.

How much space do you need?

It depends on the setup and the site, so we review your exact location with you after booking to plan placement, power, and parking together.
